Book Launch:

Linda Cracknell reads from her new novel Call of the Undertow. A short reading and discussion on women’s literary fiction. A social gathering, refreshments provided. All welcome. Contact the bookshop for further details (01750 22763). Known for her short story collections, her long walks and her interest in nature writing/ literary non-fiction, this is Linda Cracknell’s first novel. Set in the far north of our country, it has been described as a ‘lyrical, taut and haunting’ tale of motherhood, guilt and redemption, drawing upon myth.

Signed copies are available on the night. Come along and meet the author.
